We financed the construction or renovation of over one million square feet of office space in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

Accounting for one third of all jobs and two thirds of economic output, the office sector is an essential driver of New York City’s economy. Since 2014, we’ve financed the construction and renovation of new office space across three boroughs.

In the Bronx, we financed the construction of 167,000 square feet of much needed Class A medical office space that is supporting the demand of four surrounding hospitals.

In Brooklyn, we provided $72 million for the renovation of Building 77, the largest building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard at approximately one million square feet. The build-out transformed Building 77 into a modern office complex with tenants from tech to creative businesses.

Our work in Manhattan included capital for the construction of new medical office space in Washington Heights that serves the needs of nearby Columbia University Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Hospital.
